Calm Centered
Gentle practice for releasing tension and letting your natural joy rise
Have you noticed any tightness in your muscles? Did you know that when you tighten those muscles, fear is the reason? Fear makes you seek control by tightening your muscles. When muscles tighten, you make your skeleton rigid at the same time. The cells of your bones are not as rigid as you think. They can play and dance. They like to swim and move.
Holding the perception that everything is going to be Better Than You Could Ever Imagine, you can drop the body armor, relax the muscles and release the tightness in the bones. When your bones release, the muscles have to let go too. Your skeleton is the key.
Releasing the skeleton, you drop the fear. Tightening the skeleton, you bring in the fear. Realize that fear and life cannot occupy the same place at the same time. They are polar opposites. Life is life. Fear is anti-life. To end the fear, control has never been the answer. Human beings try to control that which they fear. Calm Centered releases the fear and drops the body armor. When fear is not present, control is not necessary.
